Scope and Topics

The journal invites multidisciplinary contributions that offer deep empirical and conceptual insights into contemporary challenges and innovations. The scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following thematic areas:

  • Sport Science & Kinesiology: Exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports nutrition, athletic conditioning, motor learning, and the psychological dimensions of competitive sports performance.

  • Physical Education & Pedagogy: Curriculum design, innovative instructional models, physical literacy, adapted physical activity, and the sociology of sport within educational frameworks.

  • Health Promotion & Sports Medicine: Public health interventions through physical activity, epidemiology of sedentary behavior, sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, and active lifestyle management.

  • Sports Management & Policy: Socio-economic aspects of sports infrastructure, sports governance, community recreation management, and policy development for elite and mass participation sports.
